Seasonal position - December-MarchTeach students of all ages and levels how to ski; design lesson plans and activities. After achieving Level 1 Professional Ski Instructors of America (PSIA) certification in 2008, began running further education and staff training clinics for fellow instructors, assistants and new hires. Served on the Mohan Board of Directors July 2013 through August 2023. Received PSIA Level 2 Certification in Spring 2019.In November 2015, our ski school Director, Rob Stimmel, was killed in a plane crash. Rob was my first ever boss back in high school and one of my very first clients of The Social Stage. Served as liaison between the Director, Board of Trustees, all KCLS staff and the public. Wrote, edited, proofread and published (online) meeting minutes and agendas for the Board of Trustees and Administrative Planning Team. Produced monthly packet of materials for Board meetings. Served on the Diversity Committee. Worked collaboratively with Community Relations/Public Relations/Graphics department in the preparation of KCLS’ preliminary and final budget, and annual report. Managed social media and online marketing. Created website for new Planet Earth Balloon.

Set up and maintained the BigAirandBumps Facebook page, copy edited marketing documents, wrote job description and facilitated hiring process for new Office and Communications Assistant, and provided events outreach support.

In six months, increased the total number of fans on the sengWare Facebook page from 55 to more than 3,500 through strategic page management and Facebook advertising. The new fans generated approximately 10% of online sales revenue. Also managed the company's blog and Twitter accounts.

Served as the organization’s sole internal public relations representative until a new PR Director was hired in late July. Wrote and edited copy for the Fall 2007 catalog and Winter 2008 “lookbook.” Collaborated with the organization’s New York PR agency to handle media inquiries and with the marketing department on promotional efforts. Wrote and edited press releases. Traveled to New York to coordinate the Winter 2008 preview for magazine editors and escorted media during the event.

Seasonal position - June-August of 2005 and 2006Responsible for ticket sales, sports registrations and payments for all Seafair events. Tracked and managed ticket inventory and revenue. Managed ticket booth and will call at events. Supported Ticketmaster marketing and sales, Sponsorship and Promotions Manager, and Sponsorship Team.
