The primary purpose of the Vice President of Student Life is to enhance the student life at St. Clair College through social and academic events, activities, and promotions. The VP of Student Life creates exciting and interesting events for the students at St. Clair College with a focus on inclusiveness and engagement. The Vice President of Student Life is involved in all aspects of event management, including planning, execution and acquiring feedback as well as recruiting volunteers for events, promotions, initiatives and special projects. The VP of Student Life is heavily involved in facilitating face to face direct marketing activities throughout the campus while representing St. Clair SRC. The VP of Student Life is also responsible for coordinating and executing event setup, attending events to ensure proper execution, monitoring services to ensure contracts are being fulfilled, creating exciting and safe events, and working collaboratively with the St. Clair College community.As part of my role with the SRC, I also acted as an executive member of the organization overlooking many things; from day to day financials and budget handling as a signing authority, to supervising and directing other employees.
