Co-founded Aspen, an international education reform program, focused on partnering with local institutions in providing tailored professional development to equip educators in empowering the next generation of leaders, increasing sustainable education reform in the Middle East, and finding creative solutions to conflict resolution. Aspen has provided 200+ hours of training to over 500 educators in Jordan and the West Bank.Designed and facilitated successful workshops in 7 schools with Queen Rania’s initiative, Madrasati, that resulted in piloting a year-long Behavior Management training program for educators to reduce nonviolence.Oversaw strategic collaborative development and implementation of both technical and instructional program design. Designed scalable innovative training curriculum including needs and task analysis.Leveraged resources and partnerships with the Palestinian Ministry of Education, Queen Rania’s initiatives QRTA and Madrasati, the US Embassy, and school administrators in Jordan and the West Bank.Provided administrative logistical support by preparing project briefings and itineraries, creating and managing the budget and financial documents, overseeing DOS grants, securing diverse program funding, ensuring programs followed agency guidelines, and preparing written reports for stakeholders of program impact. Organized and led Aspen’s weekly productivity meetings.

Completed comprehensive Arabic language and culture immersion program with CTSI, a nonprofit bringing economic growth worldwide and support in cross cultural leadership.Fluent in conversational Levantine Arabic with valuable knowledge and experience of Islam, the Israeli/Palestinian conflict, and leading dialogues in conflict resolution and peacemaking.Consulted with US Embassy Amman and local institutions on teacher development. Designed and implemented the beginning of Aspen in September 2015, an education reform program, which was officially registered with MRDS in June 2016.Managed a healthy cross-cultural team using development tools such as StrengthsFinder, the Enneagram, and the Intercultural Development Inventory.
