Served as a supervisor at the Garden of the Gods location then was promoted to Assistant Director at Seven Falls. I returned to Garden of the Gods on a part-time basis to merchandise and serve as a lead cashier/supervisor.

Worked on a few different occasions as as fill-in for the front-desk receptionist. Handled deposits from clients and assisted the local brokers.

Handled thecreative side by developing product design ideas with the Concept Designer, overseeing the artist's workof each design to make sure it fit into the parameters given, selected all color, fonts & other details foreach design, and responsible for keeping each project on schedule. Served clients inproduct or account issues. Required an indepth knowledge of every product line in the company.*Product Line Planner (Product Management): Extensive responsibilities in creating and maintainingentire card lines. Responsibilities included everything from the beginning concept of each single card inseveral product lines until it's retirement. Conducted focus groups to determine customer needs;analyzed each card line based on sales, exposure of each card, and other factors to determine futureproduct needs; created grids for our clients based on the size of their stores and card racks to create anattractive and wellrounded card system; developed profile sheets, based on research, to give ConceptDesign and Editorial departments the direction they needed to produce great products; determined thecost of each specific card and assigned a retail price accordingly; worked with Advertising to developappropriate & eyecatching merchandising; and with Production to analyze the cost of each card basedon the number of processes, paper type, and other cost factors to keep costs within budget. Alsoforecasted the production quantity of each card, kept track of inventories, and reordered based onforecasted needs. Prepared monthly business reports for senior managers and yearly sales forecasts;prepared reports and presentations for semiannual sales conferences and travelled to yearly trade shows.
