Current•Driving targets with aggressive growth aspirations – YoY growth in targets of > 30% CAGR (Billing)•Team management – 3 recruitment consultants across Hyderabad and Bangalore (India)•Client management and Liaising (including Client contract negotiation) for multiple clients in varied industries such as Retail and e-Commerce, FMCG & D, Travel Services, Telecom, banking and Pharma •Delivery Portfolio included Executive search, Mid-Level and Volume hiring Client liaising and Satisfaction (thru Handling Walk-In Interviews, Setting up the interview panel Coordination etc.)•Identifying the potential candidates through various sources like references, advertisements, job portals, Head hunting Referrals to fill the vacancies / replacements, posting the Requirements on Company Websites, Jobsites.•Candidate Management thru screening profiles, short-listing, preliminary rounds, background and reference check (also dealing with general queries relating to contracts, pay, logistics etc.) including making salary fitment•Making Salary fitments for the selected candidates and negotiation on Client’s behalf.
