About Leo Schultz

Growing up I helped my father in his metalworking and construction business, learning problem solving and a strong work ethic. After serving in the USAF for four years as a cook, I went to the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park where I learned all about the art and science of food. I've leveraged my training and experience towards beverage programs, first as a brewer, and then as a cocktail bartender. After a few months of working at my current location, I was placed in charge of our cocktail program, spirits program, and our beer program.
