This is a great field to be in and always provides challenges to take on, Striving to keep up with the technological advancements and how they can be used in the industry is something I enjoy doing. I grew up around this field and started learning how to wire office buildings, IDF's and assisted on new PBX Installations right out of High School. I quickly learned that PBX Programming was something I was interested in. Once I dove into PBX Programming I could not stop and found myself needing to know how everything worked. This led to going to a local community college to start taking a broad range of courses from Network + & MCITP to Programming Languages like HTML, CSS, PHP. Python among other things.Currently, I am working with our DevOps Team to Build, Maintain, and Develop our UCaaS, CCaaS, SSaaS and other platforms to insure we are providing the best services in the market.
