This included installing the O/S (Oracle Linux), installing the necessary components for the project’s build environment and configuring the project to build and run unit tests on the linux slave each time there was a new code submission.

Researching level-set methods to segment bright-field images of living cells. The segmentation is complicated by poor contrast, ill-defined cell boundaries, image artifacts and cell division.
