-Developed and maintain in-house applicant tracking system from scratch to organize resumes received, interviews completed, and recruitment outcomes.-Oversee full-cycle recruiting including sourcing candidates, application/resume screening, interviewing, and providing recommendations on the most qualified candidates to management.-Collaborate with COO and management to define open role needs and determine ideal candidate fit for agency programs. -Manage open job postings on professional sites for all programs.-Identify and troubleshoot any pain point areas that impact hiring efficiency. -Participate in candidate sourcing efforts, such as career fair events and college outreach.

-Completed client screenings, community liaison communications, & intake operations for mental health supportive housing, spanning over 15 programs & 900 beds, throughout Manhattan, Queens, & the Bronx.-Engaged in over 500 comprehensive assessments/interviews with prospective residents with various levels of mental health and substance use presentations. -Advocated for prospective residents via strategic screening reports presented to both senior psychiatric & leadership teams.-Maintained accurate data reporting regarding vacancies, admissions, and discharges across multiple internal and external databases.

-Built & managed caseload support teams for over 100 youth aged 4 to 17 diagnosed with mental health disorders or developmental & physical disabilities through multiple programs, including Comprehensive Community Services, Children’s Long-Term Support Waiver, and Coordinated Service Team programs.-Provided therapeutic support to youth & families via qualitative assessment, motivational interviewing, & a trauma-informed lens. - Assessed direct and indirect needs, traumas, strengths, supports, and barriers to assist youth and families in collaboratively developing individualized treatment plans to support pathways for recovery - Developed an understanding of the various levels of trauma as well as how these experiences influence early childhood, adolescent, and adult development across a lifetime - Utilized qualitative assessment measures every 6-12 months to determine areas of improvement and continued need, as well as efficacy of current treatment plan objectives and interventions-Coordinated monthly team meetings with as many as 20 attendees (i.e. - youth, families, school staff, therapists, child protective services, juvenile justice, etc.).-Navigated discussions around youth safety issues, such as self-harm/self-injurious behaviors, suicide, runaway and trafficking risks, substance use, high-risk sexual activities, interpersonal violence, etc.

- Provided case management and supportive psychotherapy for adults ranging from 25-75+ years of age who have been diagnosed with mental illness or AODA struggles- Collaborated with other agencies, such as county, hospitals, and employment services in order to coordinate care for each individual and provide a holistic approach to treatment- Integrated person-centered and evidence-based practices into treatment and recovery planning with each individual- Participated in the 24/7 on-call crisis line for community support program members

- Assisted adults ranging from 21-79 + years of age who have been dually diagnosed with mental illness and developmental disabilities.- Facilitated group, individual, and milieu therapy sessions.- Collaborated with interagency and community services to provide holistic case management and treatment.

- Supported survivors of sexual assault and domestic violence in obtaining services such as housing, financial, and employment assistance. - Prepared intake packet materials and community resources for clients. - Communicated with various community organizations to provide services for clients and agency events.
