Completion of nonvascular and vascular interventions working in a seven room angiography and neuro interventional department consisting of Hybrid, single and biplane anglo and specialized combined angio, PET-CT and MR rooms.Analyzed clinical workflow and created a new concept in business process analysis and design to illustrate process improvement using a “Gantt Like” versus flow-chart concept. Implementation would result in the following benefits:- Reduced NPO time for patients having ports and lines for cancer treatment- Increased Medicare reimbursement based upon higher patient satisfaction scores- $200,000 reduction in overtime costsOrganized supplies in a new room resulting in easier retrieval, restocking and lower inventory costs.

After working with clinicians and directors evaluating their needs and reviewing workflow, I developed a number of cost effective enterprise solutions involving PACS, applications, systems and equipment. I completed strategic assessment of existing PACS and proposed a new image management concept involving universal viewer and workflow based data management. Also completed project management on a number of enterprise initiatives all involving tight deadlines, cost restraints and requiring understanding of clinical aspects of the applications and systems. Developed and maintained a database to track all applications and systems, administer contracts and reconciling millions of dollars of invoices resulting in significant savings. Provided supervision and support for Regional PACS Administrators group and oversaw the resolution of complex application and system related issues.

I completed hemodynamic monitoring and imaging aspects of diagnostic and interventional procedures in a seven room department that included cardiac cath, peripheral and hybrid rooms.Responsibilities included training a new employee, maintaining the PAC system and assisting with the organization of inventory and supplies.

I evaluated clinical workflow in order to develop information system solutions, including hemodynamics, disease management, imaging and structured reporting for large multi-divisional cardiology departments.

Responsible for the training and support of direct sales force and dealers who were selling highly technical cardiology and radiology imaging systems used to view and treat blood vessel disorders. Assisted sales persons and dealer organizations with analyzing competitors and developing sales strategies for closing orders on million dollar capital projects. Created sales training materials and completed national and international sales training. Developed competitive analysis, white papers and and other sales tools on technical aspects of imaging and x-ray equipment.

Reporting to Vice President of Sales and Marketing, liaison between engineering and marketing. Utilized extensive clinical and technical expertise in cardiology and radiology imaging to research, identify and define cardiovascular imaging systems. Worked with engineering on the definition and development of x-ray systems including specifications, project management and strategic analysis of the imaging and information technology fields.
