Oversee the Human Resources division of Hamilton Center, Inc. for the corporation. Serve as Project Director for Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) (4 year, $4 million grant from SAMHSA). Collaborate with leadership team of professionals focused on excellence in healthcare, serving 11 counties in Central and West Indiana, including a community of 12,000 consumers and over 600 employees.

Oversee 24/7 access center and launch of new mobile crisis unit. Lead team focused on crisis stabilization for children, adults, and families. Oversee Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) Grant from the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, SAMHSA. Support the CEO on special projects related to community outreach, development, fundraising, and the Hamilton Center Foundation.

Lead special projects and data analysis, focused on excellence in behavioral health (12,000 consumers,including 4,000 children). Project work includes grant management, partnerships, and community outreach. Ensure the success of 2-year $3.75 million grant from the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, SAMHSA.

Support strategy and development in the promotion of excellence in behavioral healthcare, wellness, and human development across Central and West Indiana.
