At BUSMS I helped lead a tour group of 20+ cyclists 1800 miles down the West Coast of the United States. The goal of this ride was to raise awareness for Multiple Sclerosis as well as execute service tasks for people struggling with the illness. Overall my group rose $115+ dollars for the cause. During the tour I:-Safely led 20+ cyclists 1800 miles down the West Coast of the United States over a month-long period from Seattle to San Diego.-Developed solutions to a multitude of on-the-fly logistical problems by implementing in-the-field action, such as repairing mechanical failures making safety calls for riders, and coordinating rest stops.-Managed logistics and communication of guiding riders to and from destinations such as scheduling and contacting hosts, setting rest stops, and updating riders of unscheduled changes.
