About Leland Henry Iii, Pmp

I have over 20 years of experience as a GIS subject matter expert. I have worked on and managed project teams for a variety of projects in the midstream pipeline and upstream O&G industries for over 20 years and have been influential in automating data management and workflow processes for a variety of clients including operators, environmental, regulatory, exploration, and pipeline engineering. I have been a credentialed Project Management Professional (PMP) since 2009 and am also certified (level 2) in BlueSky software.As a native Texan, I graduated from Texas State University (formerly Southwest Texas State University) with a Geography degree (including a GIS Certificate) and a minor in Math.During my free time, I have been a scoutmaster for Boy Scouts for 11 years and have had 12 scouts become Eagle Scout. I have been influential in many more young men’s lives. I am also a basketball coach, a youth volunteer, and a technology volunteer at my church.My focus is to build a strong GIS, mapping, and technology base for ARGIS Solutions to continue to grow and transform industries through GIS and innovation.
