Currently, I love giving in service as the VP of Communications and Executive Board Member. In my time of service with DSEF, I have collaborated with the Executive Team as well as the School District to align the mission of the organization with messaging and branding. I enjoy increasing our fundraising efforts to maximize the opportunities for our community's teachers and students. To ensure the success of our focus in mental health, innovative teacher grants and student leadership grants, I enjoy developing social media campaigns, education campaigns, event marketing, and participating in fundraising events.

Manage the executive functions of a local, education non-profit through successful event management, donor stewardship, and steering foundation logistics.

Managed daily business operations, communications, and marketing for a small survey company, including customer service and project management.

Served as a campus facilitator, and district team facilitator to engage and enhance learning delivery and training experiences.

During this time, I was a full-time caregiver to my mother as she battled breast cancer with chemotherapy and radiation treatments. I coordinated medical care, home care, family care during this time.

As a FBSS Caseworker, I was able to expand my balance of objectivity and empathic understanding in times of stress and crisis. It was my privilege to work with families to connect them with city, county, and state-wide resources to ensure education and growth within the family unit.

During this time I traveled to Costa Rica. While there I learned about the culture, biology, ecodiversity, and volunteered.As a volunteer, I enjoyed arranging private donations to a small village school. I was successful in fundraising for basic school supplies, technologies, and outdoor sports equipment.

Working with this F500 company, I partnered with key accounts and 150+ retail accounts to learn and employ world-class sales leadership and development. I used responsible consulting to sell company initiatives to retail partners: promotions, new brands, inventory management, and pricing strategies.

Within the organization I trained as a: front end cashier, Bridal Registry Consultant, and Customer Service Key Holder.Within each responsibility I was able to provide exceptional customer service to customers in order to best retain their loyalty and provide a positive shopping experience.
