• Perform, monitor and maintain quality control, quality assurance, and proficiency testing and submit on schedule, do instrument maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Verify that all manual entry of test results is correct and valid on a daily basis.
• Attend lab meetings and keep staff up to date on all changes in procedures and policies.
• Provide competency training for co-workers.
• Perform phlebotomy on adults and children.
