I was directly responsible for coordinating all our outbound transportation and the fulfillment of over 2400 orders per week. I was also a part of the management team that leads a workforce of over 45 drivers. As President of the United Latino Students, an umbrella organization that has 14 respective chapters in universities throughout California and Utah. My duties were as follows:-Supervised the unity of the 14 respective chapters-Actively coordinated business activities-Provided budgets for all major events-Seeked corporate sponsors and other sources of funding -Mentored and led the members of the organization-Directed the expansion of the organization

At the conclusion of my summer internship I was offered the opportunity to stay with the company, in a management position. My duties were:-Strategic Consulting, including business plan & sales strategy development.-Identified and created initiatives to grow the businesses through the use of app based technology-Articulated business drivers to key decision makers -Positioned the company as a key strategic advantage for our clients -Evaluated performance results and made necessary adjustments.

My job at the Annual Fund consisted of updating the database and also calling alumni to seek donations. Some of my accomplishments are as follows:-Ranked in the top 3 of over 20 callers in pledges obtained -Raised over $10,000 -Averaged $43 per pledge-Obtained a pledge from 43.2% of potential candidates-Updated 100+ alumni records

My job duties while working for LEARN included:Create and present lesson plans to 20+ students Educate 30+ groups of parents on the programs offered Assist 15+ students with homework in all subjects
