-Collaborate with management to develop the Concessions project, which has given Aetna members discounts on their premiums while increasing retention results-Collaborate with management and colleagues to establish standard work processes suchas for terminations and concessions to increase team proficiency-Collaborate with underwriting and sales team to determine efficient updates to concessionprocesses-Utilize Springboard Marketplace, Lightening, and SMART to prepare and install grouprenewals with accuracy-Help to lead monthly concession review calls with underwriting management and salesmanagement to deliver data and concession performance and process updates-Effectively communicate with sales regarding renewal increase rationale and othertechnical inquiries

-Responsible for underwriting 50-70 small and large groups per year using assigned underwriting guidelines.-Collaborate with management to determine the most efficient updates to the underwriting process to ensure less risk while maintaining and growing book of business. -Communicate daily with a number of medical and ancillary carriers in order to diagnose the root cause of claim issues for clients.-Effectively listen and communicate with clients in order to determine their individual benefit needs.-Annually arrange and guide direct clients through their benefit employee enrollment system during their client-specific Open Enrollment Period.-Manage and Create monthly broker commission reports by accounting group payments and ensuring the brokers are receiving the appropriate commission percentages.-Process broker appointments and broker of record changes as necessary.-Import and analyze demographic and accumulator files for any discrepancies that require trouble-shooting.
