Awaze is a large managed vacation rentals and holiday resorts business in Europe, bringing together leading brands including cottages.com, Hoseasons, James Villa Holidays and Novasol. Novasol offers a portfolio of over 40,000 self-catering holiday homes across 22 countries, making them Europe's largest self-catering holiday provider.I started at Novasol in 2003 with the task of creating the Southern Europe programme for the group. In the same year, Novasol started to launch a programme with holiday homes in France, Italy, Spain and Greece. I left Germany to open the first Novasol office in France in 2007, on the French Riviera, taking care of product, customer and owner services.By the end of 2009, Novasol opens an office in the Paris region for sales on the French market with a team of 6 people (closed in Dec 2019).
