● Leading the preparation of the annual budget and forecasts, analysis of financial results and definition of KPI for the first vertically integrated 100% renewable company in Iberia.● Designing, elaborating and giving presentations and ad-hoc reports to the CFO and the BoD.● Responsible for the purchasing area: redesigning and implementing process management, changing from a de-centralized model to a centralized model, including a new IT tool (Jaggaer).● Responsible for internal audit: designing, executing and evaluating operative effectiveness of controls in processes for obtaining reliable financial and operational information.● Team management of 7 people.

● Preparation of Annual Accounts and Budget, accomplishment of monthly financial reports to the shareholders, cash-flows evolution and profitability of projects, KPIs performance measurement● Participation: in the acquisition of projects and groups of companies and in its subsequent integration, in concentration processes through mergers, corporate reorganization processes through excision and corporate refinancing with banks and by issuing corporate debt, as the largest corporate bond issued in the EU in the photovoltaic sector (€ 404 Million)● Control of cash position in Investment Funds up to €1,100M in equity: exposure, cash forecasts, distributions and IRRs● Involvement in exit procedures, especially in the preparation of pro forma financial statements and vendor due diligences● Head of consolidation of various Groups with more than 300 (up to 600) companies under IFRS GAAP in several countries (Spain, The Netherlands, Luxembourg, Germany)● Head of audit: Coordination of external audit work, due diligence, transfer pricing and pro forma financial reporting with Big 4 audit firms● CIT specialist, including individual companies and consolidated groups. ● Development and implementation of accounting and tax policies to maximize value.● Direction, management and supervision of projects under development, i.e. the bigger photovoltaic plant in the EU (494 Mw in Mula, Spain)● Experience in reduction and simultaneous increase of capital and equity rebalancing● Supervision of the accounting team (+20 pax)https://qualitasequity.com/qenergy/vela_energy_en
