I am a naturalist and social educator with expertise in citizen science, focusing on the development of strategies to foster people's connection with nature, particularly in urban environments.Since 2013, I have been a member of the Communication Department at Fundación Vida Silvestre Argentina, an organization affiliated with the international network WWF (World Wide Fund for Nature). My responsibilities encompass digital content production, the formulation of effective social media strategies, and the coordination of public engagement events within the field of environmental conservation. I have played a significant role in Fundación Vida Silvestre's 'Cities, Climate, and Energy' program. Additionally, I hold the title of National Geographic Explorer, which has enabled me to drive the growth of ArgentiNat, the Argentine node within iNaturalist, a prominent citizen science platform.In 2011, during my tenure as a member and volunteer at the NGO Aves Argentinas, I undertook the initiative to establish COA Carancho (Bird Observers Club of Palermo, Buenos Aires), a volunteer group dedicated to urban environmental education. Over the years, I have transformed it into a thriving center for outreach and conservation, fostering collaborations with esteemed institutions such as the Buenos Aires Zoo (now Ecoparque), Carlos Thays Botanical Garden, and the Buenos Aires Planetarium 'Galileo Galilei.'I also proudly co-created the Bioma collection alongside Juan Elizalde (from Estudio Guardabosques) and Gonzalo Roget. Bioma comprises hand-printed artisanal posters illustrated by Argentine artists celebrating the diverse ecoregions of our nation. The objective of Bioma is to bridge the gap between nature and art, appealing to a diverse audience. Importantly, 5% of each sale is allocated to a conservation initiative. Renowned artists, including Gastón Pacheco (Yungas), Santi Pozzi (Pampas), Estampita (Chaco Dry Forest), Cons Oroza (Patagonian Steppe), and Patricio Oliver (Misiones Rainforest), have contributed to this visionary project.Before embarking on my current endeavors, I specialized in strategic communication for the private sector, focusing on digital content editing for prominent companies like Coca-Cola and Microsoft.
