Budgeting, tax planning, and conservation of assets- Ensure compliance of the expenses with the budget- Oversee the processing of revenue, expenses, and control documents, department budgets, mass salary updates, ledger, and account maintenance and data entry- Preparing financial statements, financial reports, and information reports to board of directors and to the tax authorities- Establish and maintain appropriate internal control safeguards- Ensure records systems are maintained in accordance with generally accepted auditing standards- Assist in obtaining the necessary licenses and insurance required to run a business- Analyze cash flow, cost controls, and expenses to guide business leaders.
