In my current role at Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine, I am responsible for Business Development (Licensing, M&A) activities in EMEA, where I lead cross-functional teams dedicated to the assessment of global & regional deals.• Our teams maintain full oversight of opportunities: from scientific evaluation, medical affairs & market access outlook, competitive intelligence and strategic positioning, commercial forecast including go-to-market models, up to full P&L for the entire lifecycle• My core area of expertise is Onco-Hematology, but I also work at deals in Immunology, Neuroscience, Cardiovascular, Retina, Infectious Diseases and Vaccines • For two years, I had extended Business Development responsibilities over the emerging markets of Middle East and Africa• Additionally, I coordinate the pre-launch excellence activities for pipeline products, leading cross-functional teams across EMEA, with responsibility for key assets in the early-stage portfolio.
