Lee is a person who lives each day by his life mission, vision, and values. These three elements of life enable him to meet a wide variety of needs in the lives of individuals and organizations. His mission in life is simple, yet challenges him daily…“My life mission is to please my Creator by living my life as an example of a servant leader for my family, in my profession and for every person I meet.”Throughout his career, Lee has been given opportunities to consult, train and serve as a salaried employee for a wide variety of highly successful for-profit and non-profit organizations. As Lee worked with these companies and organizations, he has had the opportunity to create processes for both personal and professional leadership development. Also, in working with and consulting with different businesses and organizations he has had the opportunity to conduct leadership development events throughout the United States and internationally. He has authored, co-authored and assisted in the creation of several popular leadership development training courses, materials, and events. Lee also had the privilege to work with Ken Blanchard (author of the One Minute Manager.), in the development of workshops and materials teaching leaders to lead as a servant leader. Over his career, Lee’s client list includes many well-known businesses and non-profits throughout the country. (i.e. BellSouth now AT&T, The Weather Channel, Campus Crusade for Christ, Catholic Diocese of Atlanta, The Southern Baptist Convention, The United Methodist Church and many more.) Driven by his desire to live by his mission, passion, and values, Lee has made serving individuals and organizations of all sizes a priority throughout his career.
