No matter what you are doing during change processes and development work: everything starts and ends with the people.Not everyone is equally good at everything, and astonishingly many overlook the human factor in change processes. I became a psychologist because I think people are so incredibly fascinating, and wanted to understand more of how we "work". With long and broad experience from change and development work, it is satisfying to be back in Specifique - a company that specializes in involvement end engagement during change. We work to support employee involvement in larger companies, and operate at the intersection of courses, workshops, conferences, group learning and e-learning.As a psychologist, I also work with what many people first think of when the word "psychologist" is mentioned: therapy. The differences are not so great - it's about change.
