I am a part of 1508, a strategic design company that continuously designs digital experiences, creates lovable brands, and builds sustainable businesses. As the Head of Digital Products, I drive strategic decisions and facilitate collaboration to ensure we create products that truly resonate with user needs.Guiding our Digital Product Pod, I focus on leveraging emerging technologies and identifying areas where we can improve our processes and methods.From October 2023-July 2024, I also served as interim Director of UX, assuming additional personnel responsibilities like 1:1s. In addition to my leadership role, I continue to take the lead as a UX Designer on various projects. I am responsible not only for the user experience but also for project management and client relationship work. This often involves process optimization to enhance our clients' workflows. I have experience working in various agile environments and have seen many teams operate under different settings, providing me with invaluable insights into what works best in each unique context.I am also a founding member of our AI Council in 1508, where we explore the vast potential of generative AI. This interdisciplinary team is charting new paths in how we integrate AI into our work and developing an AI policy to guide our colleagues when they interact with and design products that make use of AI.I host both morning seminars and courses about the intersection between AI and design.
