Current responsibilities - * Prepare departmental budgets and ensure the department operates in compliance with allocated funding – currently responsible for ~70m OPEX budget and ~10m CAPEX. * Plan, organize and direct all activities related to staffing, including hiring, orienting, evaluating, disciplinary actions and continuing education initiatives. ~ 70 staff and 4 Hospitals.* Maintain in-person communications with Ministry executives, CxO's, department leaders, and end users regarding pertinent IT activities.* Selected to the following leadership opportunities – Accelerated Leadership Development (graduated June 2014), Leadership Formation (Graduated May 2014) and Harvard Business School – Ascension Leadership Program (Completed Oct 2015) I have managed over 100 succesful projects. I have been managing healthcare oriented projects for close to 16 years. I am focused on enthusiastically managing and motivating my teams to work and communicate effectively to be sure the project is completed on-time, within budget, and most importantly exceeding customer expectations. My projects have ranged from rural privately funded hospitals to large multi-facility academic centers.
