I’m a Business Development Manager for HPE Managed Services Business for APAC region with 28+ yrs of experience in IT. Me, and my team of Solution Architect’s, role is to listen to our customer’s feedback on the challenges they face in operating heterogeneous data centers with Multi cloud environment and develop IT services and solutions that meet their growing business needs. My role begins as per-sales, but spans throughout the engagement to create a trusted partnership. I focus on developing services around remote/hybrid model with high emphasis towards proactive, predictive services and tool based automation that help my clients implement IT Service Management (ITSM) efficiently and effectively. On such portfolio called HPE Management Services is a very flexible and agile service that provides customized solutions that are highly responsive to each of our client's needs. I am working with HPE for 24 yrs in a variety of function like Delivery, Business, Program management, Projects, Technology support roles spanning both product and services. My experience so far has taught me that all of our customers are on their own journey, and each customer is at a different point in their journey, their ultimate destination is unique, and they each move at a different pace. So it's our job to understand their unique needs and respond with a value proposition that best suits each customer.
