Set comprehensive goals, plan, develop, communicate, and implement business and growth strategies, plans, processes, and procedures for business growth, performance, profitability, and success. Forge and maintain strategic partnerships and relationships with clients, vendors, banks, and all other professional business members. Create various operational and managerial reports. Work closely with owner in the capital raise process, outreach and business relations as well as developing, creating, and implementing operational processes, internal infrastructure, policy and procedures to raise awareness to social issues, foster growth, improve efficiency and profitability while promoting community and connection. Participate in the company’s road shows, expos, workshops, and events. Review and develop budgets as well as manage partnerships/staff. Develop the company’s business plan and overall strategic vision to include budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation. Meet, interact, and present information to potential investors, partners, and firms representing Cured Leaves Tea Co. in interactions with customers, government, and regulatory officials. Assist in maintaining financial and strategic discipline while simultaneously finding creative solutions to push forward projects that make Cured Leaves Tea authentic and profitable. Ensure compliance with state and federal entities. Review and update policies.
