Lead a team of researchers tasked with advising on global expansion strategies & defining market opportunities that potentially create sustainable benefit for the client while finding info that revealed economic, operational, & technological fit in various new markets. Led the research of current company operations, international laws, government/local regulations that affect import/export, & policies pertaining to trade, marketing, logistics, business, etc. Led the development & delivery of reports highlighting the challenges, assessing assumptions, defining constraints, & offering suggestions on risk mitigation and possible strategies to enter other geographical markets. During various interviews, system searches, & other data gathering efforts we found information that supported marketability & feasibility of client’s system in several new international markets. As lead consultant, interviewed government officials & senior professionals, analyzed AgriTech, Agribusiness, livestock, and fintech industries & compiled presentations, reports, and a feasibility study comprised of strategic plans, data models from real time and real-world issues.
