In this role, she is responsible for the client delivery and business growth across the practice, including HHS and several OpDivs and StaffDivs, such as FDA. She is also responsible for the effective execution of Eagle Hill's talent management practices including employee experience, development and engagement for those support the Federal Health practice.

G&H provides program development and technology consulting services in the areas of Situational Awareness and Decision Support, Resilience and Sustainability, and Community Engagement and Outreach across Federal, State and Local government organizations within the Public Safety/Homeland Security industry. Ms. Henson was responsible for maturing the client delivery business by creating repeatable processes, tools and practices in the areas of Resource Management, Project Management, Delivery Oversight and Business Development.

Ms. Henson served as an Account Manager in Suntiva's Health Business Unit and was responsible for various projects across HHS/ FDA projects including at CBER,ORA, CTP, CVM. She was the Program Manager for a $20M, multi-year FDA wide IDIQ contract with 20+ task order across multiple FDA Centers and Offices. In that role, she was responsible for task order management process, task financials, staffing, quality, scope and schedule. Her client consulting engagements focused in the areas of program management support, Program Management Office (PMO) standup, Organization Assessments and Leadership Development Programs to include large scale Leadership Coaching Programs and customized blended learning training programs.She also provided support to other client organizations including at NIH, US Securities and Exchange Commission, US Army/ Army Contracting Command, Fannie Mae, and VeriSign.

Ms. Henson served as a consultant to the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), She supported the Science and Technology Directorate to created the HSPD-7 mandated Critical Infrastructure Protection (CIP) R&D Plan.

Played in the inaugural Womens professional soccer league - Women's United Soccer Association. Played for the Washington Freedom.
