In April 2015 Union launched the new web site version of the Optimum program for Shoppers Drug Mart (SDM). I am working with the SDM marketing and IT department to continually enhance and improve the site. I am the lead producer on a new online bank launch, fall 2015.

Webkinz is Ganz’s signature product, children can buy a plush toy, register their code at www.webkinz.com and see their pet come to life.• I coordinated with external clients for ad campaigns. Webkinz ran premium campaigns to coincide with seasons, movie and DVD releases. Campaigns included in-game video ads, home page takeovers, in-game contests, voken and banner ads. • I ensured ad campaigns met client requirements. • Technical projects: I concurrently managed multiple infrastructure maintenance work.• Jewel Rush Mobile Game: unreleased. Whack a Mole with a twist, I worked with art, creative and development to plan the project. Using agile and scrum the project was in its third sprint when management decided to put development on hold.• I planned and executed Webkinz.com releases’; which included new features, games and maintenance. • I worked with all departments for yearly planning of Webkinz’s multi-million dollar budget.TailTown Friends Facebook Game• I took over as producer on this property on January of 2014. • I monitored the game’s financial viability via internal tools and the Facebook dashboard.Webkinz Friends iPad Game – Production Start Date: July 15th, 2012• I managed a straight conversion of the Facebook game to IOS platform. • This was a multi-month project with an external development team.• I used agile development to manage this project.Webkinz Friends Facebook Game- Live May 8th, 2012 • I delivered this project on budget and a week early into paid production. • This project had the smallest budget and tightest timeline of any studio property. • Project approval was achieved through a stage gate process.• Planning from concept to launch using agile/scrum game development. • I worked with strategic marketing to determine what business intelligence (BI) was required. • I worked with Interactive marketing to coordinate plush pet releases and shared marketing campaigns between Webkinz.com and Webkinz Friends FB.

Webkinz.com Pre-Launch and Beta • I managed a team of 20 creative and technical resources to launch site in April 2005. • I created and maintained a project plan in MS Project to ensure project was completed on schedule and on budget. • I created the customer service department, which included hiring staff, creating policies and ensuring standards were met. • I created and ran Webkinz school program. This unique marketing plan was integral in the viral success of Webkinz. • I created policies that integrated Webkinz into the existing Ganz infrastructure.
