Managed the showroom for this entertainment-based audio/video systems integrator. Responsible for developing a plan of action for growth of this start-up company, as well as implementation of more structured policies and procedures. Reviewed and revised existing contracts and agreements that were obsolete, vague or not in the company’s best interest. Responsible for writing press releases and other marketing material for the AVED Music Video Jukebox line of products. Created additional marketing material for new products and redesigned the logo.

Ensured the smooth daily operation of a premium club spa, including chiropractic, acupuncture and laser aesthetics, along with massage and skin care. Managed staff of practitioners and spa coordinators, resolved customer issues and disputes, and participated in marketing strategies. Acted as liaison between owners and spa team.

Developed partnerships with scanning and imaging vendors, consultants, and service bureaus to facilitate the use of iCONECT’s web-based litigation support software, and managed/audited ASP software licenses. Demonstrated software to top level executives as well as attorneys and paralegals. Managed all facets of trade show and seminar planning.

Managed a staff of five technical recruiters/sales people, as well as provided software training and sales support to over 40 recruiters and administrative staff in four branch offices. Managed the processing of payroll for all consultants/temporary employees that were outsourced to our clients.
