Primary P&L responsibilities include all marketing, sales, accounting and personnel functions.Develop sources to produce top echelon candidates for executive level positions in various industries. Perform the following functions: pre-screening and collection of candidates, interviewing and reference checks, and employee’s orientation. Work closely with executives of client companies and the Hiring Managers, and Human Resource Directors to assess technical and management personnel needs. Strong background in business development efforts including client need assessments, acquiring new accounts, and cultivating existing relationships. Manage projects from start to completion.
