Hired in to help ISS to manage CSC in the delivery of IT services to the biggest 11 ISS countries. When the contract with CSC terminated in 2007 I facilitated the move of ISS IT services away from CSC in close coordination with their offshore teams primarily located in India.• Managing the shared application catalogue consisting of more than 2000 applications• Managing the shared hardware catalogue consisting of server, workstation, laptop and other devices.• Responsible for the shared mail environment• Responsible for the shared Active Directory • Monitoring the CSC delivery on the above-mentioned services.• Designing and implementing the exit of the CSC contract for the above-mentioned services and designing a new infrastructure with a new vendor in which to host the services. Key results and projects:• Exit and termination of CSC’s proprietary solutions • Moving all CSC hosted services to a new vendor• Setting up a new framework on the IT shared services after the CSC exit
