Since 2019 I have built the digital innovation strategy across Marubeni Group companies in the Americas. My team: 1. provides data engineering and data architecture guidance and oversight including PoC2. scopes relevant and actionable analytics/ML/AI projects with business stakeholders including LLM3. develops marketing strategy using market research and data to implement marketing and digital marketing campaigns4. develops dashboards and reports that integrate analytics with meaningful and actionable data5. consults on ERP transformation and CRM integration to facilitate optimized data infrastructure projects 5. deploys data analytics pipelines using Azure or AWS tools and integrate them into BI platformsI also have performed technical diligence for more than 10 start-up investments and acquisitions across Marubeni divisions.This work has been across a wide range of domains, from wind farm optimization to warehouse supply chain management. Of course, all work is done in close collaboration with business stake-holders and the digital innovation team in Tokyo.
