• Carry out managerial duties within the IT Helpdesk area and functions, including management of IT Supervisors and IT Technicians.• Ensure service tickets are entered and assigned appropriate priority levels and proper follow through is conducted.• Review and approve requests for technical services from organization wide sources.• Extend guidance to other departments in regards to both hardware and software needs.• Ensure full compliance of department Internal controls, policies, procedures and regulations.

• Determine policies and procedures for ensuring the availability, integrity and confidentiality of the Ho-Chunk Nation's computer network and sensitive information• Oversee the implementation of security measures for the Nation's network• Respond to the annual Security Audit findings with recommendations, corrections and solutions• Prepare and maintain the disaster recovery and business continuation plans for information systems of the Nation • Update the Computer Usage Act for the entire Ho-Chunk Nation• Work closely with System Engineering staff in the testing and implementation of all products • Prepare and maintain documentation library for all operations and procedures• Member of the newly created and developing PCI Compliance Committee for the Ho-Chunk Nation
