Mr. Prabhu is a co-founder of Interstice Consulting and currently serves as the Managing Partner of the firm. His current focus is on helping entrepreneurs to scale their businesses via e-commerce. The primary strategies are to: expand customer acquisition via paid campaigns, maximize customer lifetime value, and introduce new online selling channels. During his prior careers, Mr. Prabhu has been an investment banker and project financier with the JPMorgan Chase, BankAmerica and PricewaterhouseCoopers organizations, with regional responsibility for Asia-Pacific and Eastern Europe. During this time he arranged billions of dollars in financing for infrastructure and related industries. He has also been a team leader for several high-profile project finance advisory assignments and cross-border acquisitions and joint ventures in Asia, Latin America and Eastern Europe. He has done business and maintains contacts in more than 25 countries, and is a regular speaker at international conferences focused on emerging markets, technology entrepreneurship, business, and finance. Mr. Prabhu holds a B.Com in finance from McGill University (Great Distinction), where he was a James McGill Scholar and the medallist in Finance.
