During master's degree, he participated in a thematic project where the impacts caused by removing sugarcane straw on carbon dynamics, soil quality and crop productivity were evaluated. He joined Yara Brasil as an CTA in 2018. He completed his MBA in Marketing in 2019, and in 2020 he was one of the winners of the Yara Brazil Sales Incentive Campaign. From 2020 to 2022 he was responsible for developing the soluble fertilizers market in Brazil. Today he is responsible for developing projects together with Food Companies whose main objective is to achieve more sustainable agriculture and generate value for the entire chain.
