Managing the Graphics Production team responsible for creating various marketing assets for multiple clients including ASICS, OAKLEY, ONITSUKA TIGER and OCCU.• Successfully delivered high quality digital assets for media portal / digital catalogues.• Working cross functionally with Creative Director, Photo Studio and Client Services to drive the creative concept from ideation to production.• Managing all projects from creative hand-off through final delivery.• Managing daily and weekly production schedule and workflow, leveraging external resources as needed. Travelling internationally to build relations with offshore vendors.• Working closely with the Photo Studio to ensure quality of digital content.• Liaising between design, client services, web, and print vendors to ensure successful and efficient production.• Implementing procedures to ensure proper archiving of digital assets.• Working with traffic and client services to provide project timeline and cost estimates.• Maintaining a fully color managed workflow from screen to proof to press.• Implementing and maintaining stringent Quality Control measures including proofing and sign-off procedures to ensure error-free deliverables.• Attending project launch meetings, creative / production handoff meetings and business partner / supplier meetings regarding production needs.• Recruiting, hiring, training, and mentoring of all Graphic Production Staff, assessing and setting individual goals and appropriate professional development paths. Cultivating and maintaining a positive and productive work environment.
