As Senior UX Designer, I helped define the direction as well as the goals, visions and possibilities for the project together with the dedicated team at Sichi.Developed user journeys, wireframes and high-fidelity mockups for iOS, Android and web applications, while continually streamlining the user flows to create a usable and straightforward experience. Introduced a rapid prototyping approach to allow for quick testing of ideas for both internal and external feedback.I made sure to drive design decisions based on user research and testing throughout the project and translate those into valuable and desired features.

Moved to Australia to work on the re-design of 24 Skateboards e-commerce website, with the vision to create an online shop that focused on delighting users with a simple and straightforward experience.I helped define new branding guidelines by working with user goals and business requirements to meet both needs and find common ground solutions that applied to both.I re-thought the website user flows and IA to increase the usability and utility of the website and tested any assumptions or hypothesis through user research and A/B test cases, to make sure we were on the right track.I worked tightly together with developers, project managers and internal stakeholders to gather feedback on new features/designs for business-related decisions by presenting wire-frames, high-fidelity mock-ups and prototypes, with the idea of "show early and show often".
