About 90% of my work is editing physican dicated notes that have been processed through a voice recognition system, looking for errors made either by the computer or in the report itself. The other 10% is straight dictation, usually by physician's new to the system. I primarly work with pyschiatric/psychology notes, orthopedic clinic notes, urgent care reports and hospital progress notes for a network of facilities in southern Illlinois.

After 7 years of being a client, I joined the sales team. I so believe in the quality of our wines that I want to share them with you. I transcribed reports for a hosptial in Arizona. Report types included history and physicals, operation notes, progress notes, discharge summaries and clinic notes.

I oversaw day to day operations of our showroom including bookkeeping, phones, filing, lead followup, customer service as well as sales. I also implemented company policies in regard to payroll, customer contracts and expecations of our installers.
