Development of the direction of work with integrators:- Support for business development from the production side in terms of the project portfolio;- Monitoring the PNL indicators of the project portfolio;- Formation of the direction team taking into account development prospects;- Accumulation of competencies and development of a knowledge base for completed projects;- Marketing activities;Participation in project activities:- Monitoring the execution of the project (portfolio) with the specified quality within the PnL framework, within the agreed timeframes;- Project escalation point;- Participation in the initiation of new projects;- Promotion of the production process, assistance in project delivery;- Developing relationships with clients, entering new projects;Responsibility:- Qualitative and quantitative growth of the direction: development of a development strategy, increase in the volume and quality of services provided, search for new opportunities for expansion;- Ensuring financial results of projects: budget control, monitoring of financial indicators of the project to achieve profit goals;- Ensuring qualitative and quantitative growth of the project: development of a project growth strategy, increase in the volume and quality of services provided, search for new opportunities for project expansion;- Development process building: project life cycle management, effective planning and control of all project stages, implementation of project management methodologies and tools;- Team work control and evaluation: monitoring the quantity, quality and predictability of development teams' work;- Change management: control over the results of changes made, following the change strategy and adapting it depending on the situation.

Responsibilities:People Management:- Provide and plan employees assignments for the projects, team load coordination;- Vacancies openings, interviewing, hiring, dismissals;- Coordinate QA managers' work, colliding the information, reporting, audit;- Informational support of employees;- Conflicts solving;- Facilitation and control of audit, education and mentoring systems;- Performance review;- Employees' motivation control, personal meetings;- Setting QA compliance objectives and ensuring that targets are achieved;Project Management:- RFP coordination and assigning the executors;- Monitoring QA teams performance through gathering relevant data and producing statistical reports;- Test strategies, test-plans and testing schedule review;Process Management:- Facilitation of audits and projects' informational support;- Facilitation and control of creation and implementation QA processes and best practices;- Participation in the company's processes creation.
