Defined purchase procedures to allow for equipment procurement, configuration and final delivery to new hires so they were in position of needed workstations on start date.• Selected Voice over IP Phone Solution: Did extensive research and cost analysis to select the best VoIP as a Service phone solution to establish a uniform corporate image. Prior to this, staff were using cellphones with a wide range of area codes which created confusion as to who MCC is.• Successful Migration for GCP to AWS: Led the effort to migrate all development work including QA testing and Demo environments from GCP to AWS in preparation for pursuing FedRAMP Authorization so the company could secure a government contract.

Reported to CEO and CFO.TOP 10 RATING FEDERAL HEALTH CENTERS: Based on overhead, patient numbers, and outcomes, organization officially rated in the top 10% of national health centers in cost effectiveness and top 5% in production volumes for size.COMPLIANCE: Acted as HIPAA Security Officer to ensure PCI and infrastructure security for HIPAA-compliant, HITRUST-certified medical and dental EMR systems.GRANT FUNDING SUPPORT: Key contributor in sourcing/securing special grant funding with amounts up to $2M. Took charge of locating and winning grants specific to nonprofit technology grants.CISCO GRANT / NETWORK REFRESH: Submitted grant request to Cisco in 2015 to refresh networking switches and VoIP Solution Servers. Received $125K.NETWORK STABILIZATION: Identified new server location and replaced MPLS with SD-WAN. In hands-on role, led 2 team members to relocate 16 blades running 45 physical and virtual servers in 18-hour move.
