- Design and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified IT professionals.- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and craft tailored recruitment approaches.- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, candidate outreach, interviews, and offer negotiations.- Source, identify, and engage top talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and evaluate candidates for technical skills and cultural fit.- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring they remain engaged throughout the hiring process.- Stay informed of industry trends, technologies, and market developments to provide valuable insights to hiring managers.- Regularly report on recruitment metrics, progress, and challenges to senior management.- Perform other duties as assigned by the Line Manager.

- Collaborate with account managers and various stakeholders across the organization to gather role qualifications and source passive talents.- Work closely with the growth team for high-volume sourcing- Utilize a variety of sourcing strategies and tools to build candidate pipelines for all functional teams across GetLinks (Engineering and Product focus).- Full accountability of candidates and keeping candidate experience at the forefront as we continue to scale our organization.- Help candidates prep to 'go live' during a batch cycle (profile polishing, best practices, and identifying important factors to candidate’s job search).- Prep candidates for technical interviews and on-site at scale.- Keeping dozens of hiring processes on track simultaneously- Assess and identify new opportunities for growth in current and prospective markets- Working as a account manager (10%) - Recruitment Consultant (90%)

- Receive recruitment needs, and evaluate the priority of the vacancies for implementation- Fill both tech and non-tech positions (70 tech - 30 non-tech)- Responsible for all tasks of the recruitment cycle: Create jobposting, searching candidates, screening CV, interviewing by phoneand face-to-face, support onboarding new employees...- Prepare suitable contracts to sign with new employees- Support onboarding- Support the HR Department with some internal events such as Happy Friday, Women's day, YEP, etc.
