Work as a liaison between end customers and production plants to ensure quality production. This role also includes establishing and driving LSS principles with the production teams in order to reduce waste and increase quality. Role also involves working heavily in SAP to ensure timely return of non-conforming product, analysis of that product and disposition in order to reconcile orders within the system to manage the financials.

● Oversee the bonding production area for PCB manufacturing.● Work with engineering teams to improve quality yields and enhance production processes.● Schedule daily work as it pertains to customer and business needs.● Implement deviation and change requests per customer and engineering requests.● Manage a team of subordinates and ensure proper training to greater achieve designatedmetrics as called for by customer and business needs.● Monitor 6S activity within the bonding area and continuous improvement.

● Lead Printed Circuit Board repair (outsourcing/Tech. assessment), if applicable.● Lead quality plan implementation through data compilation and analysis.● Support Customer Returned Goods functions.● Support Failure Analysis and help guide process improvement activity.● Support Non-Conforming Material.● Support process qualification/validation (test/equipment)● Support quality system/MES.● Lead, use, and implementation of data collection tools.● Lead compliance of assembly build instructions to SOP, work instructions.● Support customer quality issues, CAR Process and quality metrics.● Lead in development and providing direction of quality inspectors.● Lead the identification of manufacturing and quality issues effecting product quality.● Support Failure Mode and Effects Analysis, Design of Experiments, and control plans toprevent product defects.● Support the verification of the first board on assembly for New Product Introduction (NPI).● Lead validation of the solder quality for the first board on an NPI build.● Lead assembly product containment.

Key Job Accountabilities:Perform calibration of electronic, mechanical, and thermal M&TE.Create and/or update manual or automated calibration procedures for M&TEs.Provide calibration management metric data to appropriate site individuals.Additional Accountabilities:Coordinate periodic on-site visits to manufacturing facilities to accomplish calibrations.Coordinate needed repairs to M&TE.Issue Out-of-Tolerance and Limited Usage notices to the site management teams for analysis and resolution.Manage the development, sustainment and deployment of global SOP's, Work Instructions and Training relative to calibration.Maintain, calibrate, and document the history of calibration standards used for the purpose of calibrating MT&E.

Verify failures, analyze dfective electronic controls and drive corrective actions with the supplier of electronic controls. Work closely with engineering and supplier to maintain acceptable PPM levels within the factory environment. Establish, develop and maintain the ESD Control Program within the factory. Including but not limited to establishing necessary EPA's within the factory for the safe handling of electronic controls as well as training and monitoring of all ESD procedures.
