Researches scholarly publications and materials related to permanent collection works and conservation treatments. Aids conservators with the assessment, documentation and cataloging of collection works and incoming acquisitions. Provides administrative and research assistance for permanent collection exhibitions and related publications, including "Thannhauser Collection: French Modernism at the Guggenheim". Assists with publication preparation: compiles research dossiers for authors, organizes, formats, and edits publication data for completeness and accuracy. Obtains print and digital image rights for publications, which requires extensive research and correspondence with external parties across the globe. Oversees all administrative affairs relevant to the Deputy Director’s Office and the Conservation Department, including: management of the Deputy Director's calendar, organizing and tracking budgets, travel and expense reports and other general, clerical duties.

Provided administrative and research assistance for permanent collection works, upcoming exhibitions and collection- based projects, including Border Crossings: The Impact of the Mexican Muralists on Art of the United States and Experiments in Electrostatics: Photocopy Art from the Whitney’s Collection, 1966–1986. Maintained working exhibition checklists, exhibition research logs, bibliographies, and artist and object files. Assisted department curators with the management of loans and the Sondra Gillman Study Center. Developed a new organizational system for curatorial loan files, as well as artist and object file storage.

Served as a charismatic liaison for gallery clients and visitors. Provided administrative and clerical support to gallery directors and staff, including answering telephones, sorting mail, ordering supplies and other general office duties.
