As Community Engagement Co-ordinaor, I am responsible for encouraging participation in Museum programming by new and existing audiences. I work to build and maintain relationships with community partners, and I co-ordinate and promote off-site programs and events. As part of engaging diverse audiences at the Museum, I co-ordinate the youth volunteer program and other youth engagement opportunities, and I co-ordinate the Oshawa Historical Society membership.

As a Host, I greeted and interacted with visitors to the Science Centre, engaging with them and exciting them about science. As well, I presented science-related demonstrations and workshops to the public, adapting when necessary to meet the needs of the audience.

I assisted a team of appraisers in the valuing of residential and commercial properties, researching information about subject and comparable properties, including ownership information, property history, and land use designations.My responsibilities also included: formatting, proof-reading and finalisation of appraisal reports, requiring considerable attention to detail; organizing and maintaining client files; and accounts receivables. I interacted with clients in a professional, credible and friendly manner.
