I am a principal management consultant, entrepreneur, real estate investor, and professor. As a results-driven and business-minded leader, I specialize in bridging the gap between strategy and execution. Whether for a client through my consultancy or for my own real estate start-up, my passion lies in transforming ideas and strategies into reality through practical planning and nimble execution.Currently, I am the Principal of LTF Management Group, an independent consultancy specializing in strategy prioritization and major project delivery. I was brought on board to lead clinical and back-office transformation initiatives aimed at enhancing client experience while supporting the company’s financial goals following its IPO.Prior to ATI Physical Therapy, I spent nearly 5 years at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Illinois as a Product Owner in the Claims Adjudication division, where I played a key role in co-leading the modernization of the company's adjudication system applications.Before that, I spent approximately 10 years at Discover Card and Assurant (formerly The Warranty Group). At Discover, I played an important role in the early stages of establishing Discover Bank and supported the international expansion of the card through the acquisition of Diners Club International. At Assurant, I led the company's business process outsourcing (BPO) of its call center and data entry teams to help prepare the company for its sale.In addition to my professional work, I have 10+ years of teaching experience at DePaul University in Chicago, IL, where I have authored and taught courses in project management, operations management, and strategy. I have also served as a visiting professor at Wake Forest University in Charlotte, NC.I hold an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management.
