I am a principal management consultant, entrepreneur, real estate investor, and professor. As a results-driven and business-minded leader, I specialize in bridging the gap between strategy and execution. I was brought on board to lead clinical and back-office transformation initiatives aimed at enhancing client experience while supporting the company’s financial goals following its IPO.Prior to ATI Physical Therapy, I spent nearly 5 years at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Illinois as a Product Owner in the Claims Adjudication division, where I played a key role in co-leading the modernization of the company's adjudication system applications.Before that, I spent approximately 10 years at Discover Card and Assurant (formerly The Warranty Group). At Discover, I played an important role in the early stages of establishing Discover Bank and supported the international expansion of the card through the acquisition of Diners Club International. At Assurant, I led the company's business process outsourcing (BPO) of its call center and data entry teams to help prepare the company for its sale.In addition to my professional work, I have 10+ years of teaching experience at DePaul University in Chicago, IL, where I have authored and taught courses in project management, operations management, and strategy. I have also served as a visiting professor at Wake Forest University in Charlotte, NC.I hold an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management. Additionally, I am a Project Management Professional (PMP) certified by PMI, a Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (CLSSBB) from Villanova University, a Certified SAFe 4 Agilist from Scaled Agile Inc., and a Certified Scrum Master from Scrum Alliance.Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family, traveling, reading, cooking, and staying active.
