- Lead process and product development projects from ideation to commercialization.- Establish practical project management tools, including project plans, risk analyses, timelines, and evaluation criteria.- Collaborate with Product Line Management (PLM), Commercial, R&D, and Operations teams to develop manufacturing processes for new and for improving existing products; ensuring the process meets cost, performance, quality, and Health and Safety requirements.- Ensure all critical criteria of new products and processes will be captured in quality plans and existing SOPs, which lead by Global Total Quality teams & Global Standardization.

+ Bidding team:- Conduct an in-depth analysis of the new project's Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) systems specification.- Develop cost and technical analysis reports recommending the best solution for clients. - Set up 7 M&E's system sub-contractors, and 15 M&E's equipment suppliers into Kajima Vietnam's vendors list.+ Site team:- Analyze the client's situation and recommend the optimal solution based on the technical and cost analysis, and handle orders arising during the construction process- Supervise construction progress and monthly report to the management team to ensure the quality of the M&E system.+ Propose and lead a project to analyze the feasibility of a new solar street light system for future design. (Technically and economically)
