As the strategic leader for SKALE's Human Resource Digital Ecosystem, I manage all launched products and upcoming solutions, reshaping HR processes, including:1/ SKALE Placement: Applicant Tracking System helps to optimize activities during recruiting process and centralize candidates from various channels 2/ SKALE Talent: helping Organizations in Performance and Talent Management 3/ SKALE Vibe: Recognizes and enhances employee engagement.Key Responsibilities:- Product Vision: Develops and communicates a compelling product vision.- Pricing and Positioning: Formulates effective pricing and positioning strategies.- Strategic Prioritization: Scopes and prioritizes activities based on business impact.- Collaboration: Works closely with cross-functional teams for optimal resource use.- Product Launches: Drives successful launches through collaboration.- Promotional Plans: Evaluate plans for consistency with product line strategy.- Product Evangelism: Acts as a product evangelist to build awareness.In leading this Human Resource Digital Ecosystem, I aim to foster innovation, streamline operations, and provide organizations with tools for talent acquisition, engagement, and workforce optimization. I. Senior Business Analyst- Develop detailed descriptions, acceptance criteria, and guidelines for all feature stories & epics.- Work with PM & QA to develop test cases and evaluation plans.- Participant in Meetings for Solution Discussions, giving feedback and suggestion from the Business' viewII. Project Management Assistant- Monitor & enforce release schedules and resolve issues that can affect the timeline.- Host Scrum Meetings (Backlog Refinement, Daily Standup, Sprint Planning, Retrospective,...)- Suggest upcoming and/or high-priority Epics/Stories for PO and PM

In charge of previous responsibilities and further tasks:- Be in charge of preselling, giving instruction to employee's clients, and deploying products.- Manage and guide members in the BA department, outsourcing team members.- Support in organizing workshops about Performance Management for Employee's clients and potential customers.

- Take full responsibility for two released products, including:+ CVReferral: A platform that connects Recruiters and Referrers, which helps to level up the recruiting effectiveness by referring candidates from employees, freelancers, and headhunters.+ PeopleTrek: A platform that helps to improve the organization’s performance by managing employees via performance, competency, and development plans.+ And upcoming ones: Projects for digitalization of Human Resources activities.- Own Product Backlog and drive development processes (Roadmap, Sprints planning, Retrospectives…).- Create wireframe, often used as the final design, in proposals for potential customers.- Create and maintain documents such as Flowchart, Use cases, Functional requirement specifications, - - Acceptance Criteria, User-guide in both Vietnamese and English.- Conduct surveys, interviews, and presentations for Users with prototype/mock-up of new products/features and gather feedback from them (End-user & key users).- Maintain continuous communication between Stakeholders – Development team, Designers, Business Users, Product Managers, and Clients’ users.

- Connecting Staff and CEO to provide the best working environment for the company- Training about the Scrum method in Agile framework for members- Organizing and operating meetings, including daily stand-up meetings, Sprint planning meetings, and Sprint Review meetings.- Ensuring the project process on schedule

(Formerly known as NTEX JSC)- Fintech product: provide a User-interface (for End User) and Administration page for banks.- Conducting workshops and working closely with core bank’s teams to clarify their ideas, demands, and requirements.- Transferring clients’ requirements into documents.- Communicating with the related departments, including Dev, Design, Product Owner, and IT Helpdesk in necessary.- Studying UX/UI trends, especially in Customer Behavior and feedback.- Updating features according to the client’s requirements (including negotiating in the scope of the project).- Providing function requirements for Quality Assurance.- Keeping project process on schedule.- Creating wireframe; updating localization, documents.- Taking responsibility for documents’ quality.
