As a dedicated community and healthcare professional with over a decade of experience in value-based care, Medicaid and Commercial health programs, I am passionate about driving innovation and improving health outcomes. My expertise lies in strategic planning, program design and implementation, and fostering cross-functional collaboration.Currently serving as a Payment Innovation Program Director at Elevance/Anthem, I lead the operational support and enhancement of behavioral health provider incentive programs. Prior to this, as a Community Engagement Manager at Unite Us, I focused on building community partnerships and advancing health pilot programs by addressing social determinants of health.My professional journey includes diverse roles at Elevance/Anthem, such as Program Manager, Behavioral Health Program Consultant, and Network Relations Consultant. In these roles, I have successfully conducted market analysis, managed value-based programs, facilitated behavioral health initiatives, and maintained provider relationships.
